  • Co-Founder

    As a partner and founder of The Atticus Companies, Marc oversees the operations, sets strategy, and has P&L responsibility for a multimillion-dollar organization. The Atticus Group is the third organization where he has successfully navigated the delicate path from start-up to “grown-up.” His innovative approach to situations and intuitive vision allows him to drive significant economic impact.

    Marc began his career with the U.S. Army during the Desert Storm campaign. Following that, he was a pioneer in E-Commerce for the Asbury Automotive Group. Marc later progressed to Director of HomeNet Automotive, where he created, led, and developed the organizational structure for diverse functional areas such as business development, operations, and client experience. During this time, HomeNet grew to over $30 million in revenue and serviced over 90% of the U.S. automotive market.

    Marc holds an MBA from Jacksonville University and is working toward his CLU. He has previously served on several boards, including i2n, ITAG, and the stakeholder Team for Landscapes 3.


  • Chief People Officer

    Dr. Josh Hammonds holds a PhD in Organizational Communication and boasts two decades of experience in teaching, consultancy, and research in Leadership, Team Collaboration, and Organizational Culture. He has successfully developed and implemented leadership curricula to hundreds of leaders, shaping management styles to both engage and empower teams they lead. His expertise has also been instrumental in crafting and refining several Employee Engagement assessment tools widely employed by global HR Tech Platforms for use in companies across many industries.


  • Chief Finance Officer

    Carlos holds his bachelor's and master's degree in Accounting and brings over 20 years of experience in Finance and Operations. Carlos started his career as an auditor with the Big 4 accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers working with clients across multiple industries. After PwC, Carlos moved on to hold executive-level Finance and Operations roles at privately held companies and consulted for many companies.

  • Sr. Director of Operations

    Shaun brings over ten years of diverse experience in operations, ranging from consulting and SaaS to supply chain and logistics. Formerly the Senior Logistics Manager at Joe Jurgielewicz & Son, LTD., his expertise in strategic business restructuring, ERP upgrades, and process improvement will be invaluable in driving operational excellence at The Atticus Companies. Known for his empathetic leadership style and proficiency in multi-site management and company expansion, Shaun is poised to significantly contribute to the company's growth and operational strategies.
